At Bhatti Batteries, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality imported replacement batteries. If you receive a defective product, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for a return if they have a manufacturing defect and are reported within the 7 Days Checking Warranty period. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging, where applicable.
Refund Policy
If our inspection confirms that the product has a manufacturing defect and a replacement is unavailable, customers will be eligible for a full money-back refund. Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Replacement Policy
If a battery is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement of the same model, subject to stock availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following situations are not covered under our warranty or refund policy:
- Physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Improper installation
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Burnt or broken connectors
- Normal wear and tear
- Products damaged after successful installation due to customer handling

Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning a product unless the return is due to our error. Replacement shipping charges may vary depending on the customer’s location.
